Another Newbie/Cutaneous Candida

Hi my name is I each yoga and have gotten myself loaded with

candida AGAIN from zpack, prenisone and Dunkin Donuts.

I am working with a naturopath and and an integrative MD for my

systemic candida. My doctor is using Dr. Tittlebaums protocol to the

letter.

Unfortunately, I also have cutaneous candida that did not have the

decency to stay

hidden in the ususal out of the way places!! My chest , neck and face

are covered in tiny white pustules.blisters.

No my question is: Is there something natural that I can apply

topically to help improve this ugly looking thing? I have use

probiotics mixed with a bit of milk for my mouth and it worked like a

charm.

Surely there must be something I can use for the skin. Maybe open some

probiotics and mix with milk or use the Nystatin suspension the doc

gave me as a lotion and see how that works.

Any experience out there??
