Veg protein for Kerri Ann and others

Sorry I'm replying to myself, but I've found that most of the fake

meats have yeasts and sugars in them (in the less than 2%), however a

local brand (to me anyway in MO), called Match doesn't. It comes in

many " flavors " but you have to press it into your own forms, kind of

like using it like ground beef/chicken/pork and so on. Check out your

natural grocer to see if they have it. I'm going to experiment with it

this week and try to get off the more processed stuff.
