Guest guest Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 Sorry I'm replying to myself, but I've found that most of the fake meats have yeasts and sugars in them (in the less than 2%), however a local brand (to me anyway in MO), called Match doesn't. It comes in many " flavors " but you have to press it into your own forms, kind of like using it like ground beef/chicken/pork and so on. Check out your natural grocer to see if they have it.
