Guest guest
I wish that would help with fibro and fibro headaches, but unfortunately it doesn't......haven't found anything that really helps yet. It does help with my sons migraines though. Guest guest
I find that when i have a killer headache, some of the following may help (or combination of these) Molasses/ACV Combo - tkae like 2 tblspoons at onset. Dr Chris's Deep Tissue Oil - it hot, but i apply a bit to my hairline just behind the temple, at the base of my neck or top of my head - wherever the pain is radiating from. If you dont have the oil, try Arnica Gel or Traumeel, these are less spicy than the oil and so i can even apply these on my face at the jawline and around my ear (i have TMJ problems) Good Luck Sylvia > Re: Digest Number 1271 I'm still fighting a headache that nothing is helping it.I wish that would help with fibro and fibro headaches, but unfortunately it doesn't......haven't found anything that really helps yet. Guest guest
Cutting out the carbs helped with my FMS headaches and bodyaches. Adequate water also helps tremendously. Guest guest
Unfortunately, stress aggravates everything with FMS'rs...but there are things you can do to mitigate the effects of stress. Did you know that your adrenals are your stress glands? Functioning adrenals allow you to handle stress. Do you know how to care and support your adrenals? Guest guest
When I get unbearable headaches I bleed the opposite end of the respective meridian...! Don't try this at home. ;-) Or there's herbs, etc. for migraines: http://www.herbalremediesinfo.com/Migraines.html ;-) Kit --- In health , " Sylvia " <h10feet@y...> wrote: > I find that when i have a killer headache, some of the following may > help (or combination of these) > > Molasses/ACV Combo - tkae like 2 tblspoons at onset. > Dr Chris's Deep Tissue Oil - it hot, but i apply a bit to my > hairline just behind the temple, at the base of my neck or top of my > head - wherever the pain is radiating from. > If you dont have the oil, try Arnica Gel or Traumeel, these are less > spicy than the oil and so i can even apply these on my face at the > jawline and around my ear (i have TMJ problems) > > Good Luck > Sylvia >
Guest guest
I've found that if I can catch a migraine before it blows out of control, the Organic Iron (molasses/ACV) sometimes moderates it. Gotta catch it early, though.
