/Nystatin

I bought the Nystatin online from a website in Canada. After reading up on

Candida for years, I discovered it's a cheap way of treating candida, but it

like all other anti-fungals will not work unless the root cause (leaky gut is

addressed), so it's a bandaid (as is oil of oregano, coconut oil, etc.). I'm

working with an ND right now but she's a fan of diflucan and I'm unsure about

using it and figured the Nystatin would work well in my rotation, while she

helps me with the leaky gut problem.

I ordered the USP Powder 1 MU which if used 1/4 teaspoon 4X per day should last

a month. The only problem is that you HAVE to take it on an empty stomach,

which I find taking it four times per day impossible. I eat too often for that

lol

It tastes HORRIBLE. I bought veggie caps and take it that way.

Thanks for the info on how Nystatin works. I think I should first look

into healing leaky gut! You're a peach for giving me the heads up.
