I just rec'd this from another list. Kit

Dear Subscribers,I am writing this letter from a clinic in Switzerland where I have been seeing a lot of people with major lymphatic issues. In almost every case, patients were unaware that pressure on the lymphatic channels would aggravate the issues of movement of lymphatic fluid. I tried to imagine a little checklist for patients that will ease stress to the lymphatic system. The first item on the list is the fit of eyeglasses. Please check to be sure that the little pads that rest against the sides of the nose are not leaving indentations on the nose. If they are, they are causing blockages and the eyeglasses should be adjusted so they fit better. Likewise, the wires or plastic on the sides should not be leaving marks on the temples.Women should be careful that bra straps are not leaving marks. If when removing apparel, there are any marks on the skin where elastic bands or belts or stockings or even shoes pressed, these items are too tight and should not be worn until the lymphatic swelling has subsided and the apparel fits properly.Alkalizing foods also help, especially green juices.
