Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 oil of oregano capsules 2x daily (puritan pride) garlic capsules 2x daily (puritan pride) carpylic(sp?) acid tablet 2x daily (puritan pride) nystatin tablet 2x daily (prescription) (2) 20billion CFU probiotic at bedtime (new beginnings nutritional) liquid magnesium citrate as needed to produce bowel movements (grocery store) I've also had to take klonopin throughout the day and 1mg at night to sleep b/c anxiety level is very high. I think it's been helping. Before if I ate a slice of bread, I'd have a lower back ache the rest of the day. I had a slice of toast with jelly and french fries today and no back ache. (Yeah, I know I shouldn't be eating that stuff.) I'm really struggling with cravings right now.
