Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 Duncan: I guess it's a good job, that I didn't take your advice and try the HGH precursors as my IGF-1 level turns out to be within the normal range. Normal (according to the Lab) is 100-300 and mine is 215. So I think people should not just jump into taking supplements without seeing FIRSTHAND, if they actually NEED them.
