Breast issue seems to be common and not usually a health problem.

Has she tried any natural remedies for this.... such as topically using peroxide

to flush the area? Increased vitamin C intake.. vitamin D... ??

Breast duct " debris " ? [possibly off-topic]

I'm asking this question for a dear friend. She began to have breast

leakage and has some kind of growth in her nipples. They told her it

can't be cancer because " cancer never looks like that. " Her doctor

says to just monitor it but her radiologist says she needs surgery.

They first called it papilloma and now say it may be a tumor, blood

clot, or " debris. " In other words, they are clueless. I'm wondering

what the heck they mean by " debris " --never heard that as a medical

term.

Her health history is that she's 43, overweight, had a terratoma

tumor on an ovary years ago, had it removed, later had 2 children,

youngest is 3, if that's of any relevance. She doesn't eat the

healthiest diet. She does not have fatigue or pain. She does drink

coffee.

I'm concerned about her. Yeast tumors crossed my mind. I don't know

if she's going to have it biopsied; I'm going to suggest that as the

doctors don't seem to be planning it. I think people here are sharper

than most doctors so I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas of

what it could be.

Sorry if this is off-topic. I appreciate any responses.

Thanks,

Vicky

Thanks. They've now given her a choice between more testing, removal,

and waiting. I think it should be more testing, then if it doesn't

change, waiting, more testing, then possible removal. I guess it isn't

yeast.

Thanks Bonnie, she hasn't tried any of these. I'll send this to her.

The leaking has stopped.
