Last weekend, I had alot of pain in my neck then it went to my shoulder were I could barely move my arm. The following day I started a live juice fast and everytime I had a drink some pain would go away and each time it got a little better with each drink. I didnt think it would go away that fast. I know what created it with me was I ate alot of things I shouldnt have and it wasnt exactly to much broccolli either.

First thing t hat comes to mind, what kind of shoes are you wearing. You probably need excellent ones to stand on concrete. I assume you need steel boots too. A place like Red Wing may help if in you area. I'm sure it can take a tole on your body parts with poor shoes.

Advil....no way would I take that for any pain. I'm just not drug oriented and even passed up drugs for severe toothaches. Just a choice I have made.
