Guest guest
just a question, why did you think it was undenatured? Did they advertise it somewhere that it was, or maybe the person responding was mistaken...Just a thought... I =^.^= Sue K From: JB <jb60634@...> Subject: Re: Jarrow whey is not undenatured candidiasis Date: Friday, June 27, 2008, 11:06 AM Duncan, here's the reply I got to my email to Jarrow asking if their whey is undenatured: Thank you for your e-mail inquiry to Jarrow Formulas. Our Whey Protein is not undenatured. The milk used to make the whey is pasteurized, and the material reaches 190F briefly during spray drying. Given that you are experiencing gas after taking whey, you may want to try a different protein source such as rice, hemp, soy or goat. Although whey is typically well tolerated, it may be that the product is not appropriate for you personally.
