Guest guest
I have suffered from candida. I went through a trial of diflucan / nystatin that made me sicker (for a week) than I could have imagined. Nausea, extreme fatigue and explosive diarrhea (sorry, but it should be reported). However, I felt great after the die-off finished. Here I am another year-and-a-half later and having some problems again. I lapsed on my diet (argh). So, I have another rx for nystatin. However, before going on it again, I ran across some interesting information at http://synderhealth.com on the effects of having too acidic a body v. an alkaline system. Does anyone have any experience in gettng relief from candida as a result of alkanizing the body? Thanks a bunch.
Guest guest
Artz, yes, the diet we use on this list is alkaline-forming and I have no doubt it helps.
