I'm not sure if I specified exact amounts so

here it is :) --

a heaping tsp or 4 grams inulin by three or preferably

four times a day; with food is OK.

Undenatured whey -- people seem to do better on twice

daily or more, 35 grams or two heaping tbsp, with food

is OK.

Selenium depends on the amount of deficit but everyone

benefits with 200 mcg daily and you can triple that OK

without worry unless you have high levels in drinking

water. Most areas have arsenic in the drinking water,

which depletes selenium, so you'd usually go a bit

higher than the 400. Selenium toxicity is rare and

takes more than about 3200 mcg daily according to

research that found only fingernail deformities at

that dose; at 1100 mcg you see tumour shrinkage and

viral load dropping. Use yeast form selenomethionine,

the bioavailable one.

The full-on degenerative illness or

anti-aging protocol is the first link on my site:

http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow

and it can also be found listing #1 by gooogling

degenerative illnesses protocol.
