Guest guest
Hi Thanks for the welcome! I have Eat Right and Live Right ordered and I'm hoping they will arrive next week. I was able to borrow my Dr's copies from his office for two days last week . . . long enough to know that I want to seriously give it a try, but not long enough to study the lists well enough to know. I was hoping that there would be a list on Dr D's web page that I could print out. I guess I'm just impatiant to get started, but if I have to wait for the books to arrive I will. Thanks again, Trish food list > > > > Hi Everyone > > > > I am new to the list, and really just learning about this life style. > > > > I have visited Dr d'Adamo's web site and find the food search > > feature very usefull. Guest guest
One more question! What is the Complete Encyclopedia? I haven't seen it anywhere. Guest guest
Trish, Welcome. It's good to hear from you. What books have you read on the diet? All Dr. D's books have a list in them per blood type and Live Right has the lists according to Secretor or Non-secretor. The very latest of course is in the Complete Encyclopedia. Hope this helps. food list > Hi Everyone > > I am new to the list, and really just learning about this life style. > > I have visited Dr d'Adamo's web site and find the food search > feature very usefull. Guest guest
I'm new! I have a skin disorder and the doc mentioned Candida and Gluten Free. No testing, only suggestions of the ways I should be eating. I'm not sure if you can do both at the same time, or would one diet really include the other one? I know there are things that we can't eat on both sides, but I would think Candida would more restrictive and maybe include GF as well???? HELP? Has anyyone done both? Has anyone put together a food list of what we can eat? Maybe a list of products that are okay for us to eat? My Stampin' Up! website is coming! --------------------------------- You rock. That's why Blockbuster's offering you one month of Blockbuster Total Access, No Cost.
