Calming Blend Tea Chamomile flowers 2 parts >> Lemongrass 2 parts >> Scullcap herb 1 part >> Peppermint leaf 1 part >> Lavender flowers 1/2 part To Calm the Nerves: - 1 1/2 oz. peppermint leaves >> 1 1/2 oz. lemon-balm leaves Use 1 tsp. of the mixtue per cup of boiling water; >> steep for 10 minutes; strain.
