Guest guest
Yes....it will most definitely make a difference and you have all the more reason to make changes!! No matter what your stress, be it city pollution (noise, air, water, crowding, traffic) or " making ends meet " you should do all to gain and maintain your health. I'm not sure what you mean that moving to a small town would guarantee a financial struggle. Perhaps while changing your lifestyle to a healthy one you should investigate further the small town issue and see if you can't resolve it to satisfaction...before making the move. Having done something similiar myself there are different stresses for sure. But clean air and clean water(and noise, crowding and traffic) are a big issues, IMO. You should investigate both (air & water) when thinking of moving .....so you're not fooled when you get there. You might also want to investigate what the city planners have mapped out for 'your town'. Sure wouldn't want to move somewhere and then find out they're want to build a smelting factory two miles away....upwind. Guest guest
Jina I look t it like this. If there are 50 pollutants in my life and I can eliminate 25, would I be better off or not? Yes! Try another angle. If you have 50 splinters in your hands would you be better off to remove 25? However I do no think Jina's questions were pretty silly, or silly at all. I can quite understand someone thinking that with so much bad stuff in their lifestyle would it be worth making any other changes when some of the fundamentals like clean water and air are missing. Every question is a good question on this list, and we are all here to help answer them. I would hope that people, especially new members will keep on sending their questions in without fearing that their questions will be thought silly! Just my 99 cents!
