Guest guest Posted September 3, 2005 Report Share Posted September 3, 2005 when his feet get better,have him stand with his feet on the floor except the toe ends..have them on a book[ or wood] abt an inch or inch and half high..slowly go up and down [with toe ends on book] several times each day..this will help make the ankles and leg muscles strong..I did it for months after a broken ankle healed...tho it will never be quite the same. luv Rica Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
