Is it safe for children (ie do the dosage/ingredients need adjusting?) Thanks in advance.
Guest guest
- Potassium (Cook your own vegetable-broth;) Use organic potato-peel, carrot-peel, onions, garlic and whole chopped beets with greens and other vegetables/or parsley Add Salt, cold water and boil 2 hours. Sift and drink the broth during the day or while fasting! This broth is also good to balance your blood-sugar!

Guest guest
It depends on how many hot peppers you add...lol... yes, I think it's tasty.. I had veggies in after I've made it...even freeze it for later use. YOu can always grind up the veggies into a paste so to speak and add them to the soup also.Tone <tone102@...> wrote: Suzi, Did you ever make this broth? Does it taste good? I wanted to make a vegetable broth with maybe some tortellini in it for Ant. I am trying here.. I figure since he eats maybe 2 ounces of food a day I would try to feed him something healthy. I made him a clam and shrimp sauce with linguini yesterday which he sorta liked (sorry to all vegans) I can never change his nuerotic attitude towards fruits and veggies but at least I can keep trying to incorporate them when I can since I am doing the cooking. Thanks so much! Toni Suzi What is a weed?
