Hi guys,

Well tonight we went roller skating, which is a good thing we try to

do about once a month...or more often if we can. Well tonight...I

fell...and fell hard. It is the first time I can ever remember

falling in all of my years of skating...and I've been doing it since

I was a kid!

Well...I twisted my knee big time. I have had ice on it since it

happened off and on since that is all I had at the skating rink. As

soon as we got home I went straight to my " medicine cabinet " and took

5000 mg of MSM. I am preparing an infusion of arnica and

comfrey...two of the things I have on hand. Any other thoughts of

what I can do?

I am finally getting to a point of being able to run longer sprints

in between my walking and I don't want to stop the progress I have

been making so I really don't want to be out for too long...so a fast

recovery is preferred.

Right now my knee is a bit swollen...not too bad...but it feels like

my knee cap is clicking a bit which is what bothers me more than

anything. I have a few other herbs so I need to know what else I can

do for it. No matter what I will be putting the arnica and comfrey

infusion on the leg with a flannel cloth and wrapping it with plastic

for tonight. My butt hurts really bad too...lol...but that is

because the span of landing was a good one! lol

Anyway...any advice you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated!!

Caroline

P.S. I do keep Rescue Remedy in my car so I took that to make sure I

don't get myself freaked out! lol
