Distilled water is water that has been turned into steam so all the

impurities are left behind. The steam is then condensed to make pure

water.

The prolonged boiling process of distillation kills and removes

virtually all bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and other organic and

inorganic contaminants. There is simply no other process as efficient or

reliable.

Once distilled, the water is as pure as water can reasonably be. So it

should be no surprise that steam distilled water is the standard by

which all other waters are measured.

Distilled water is always pure and natural.

Distillation is not only the most natural means of water purification,

it’s also the most reliable. When water is distilled, it is consistently

as pure as it can be every single time.

As opposed to other water treatment methods which rely on artificial

means to remove contaminants, distillation is a completely natural

process that guarantees consistently pure water.

Distilled water tastes great.

With fresh distilled water there is no aftertaste caused by chemicals or

additives. Foods and beverages prepared with distilled water retain more

of their natural flavour. Your favourite cup of tea or coffee will taste

even better when brewed with distilled water. Plus you’ll be able to use

less coffee grounds or tea leaves than normal.

Distilled water is good for you.

Steam distilled water, because of its purity, dissolves and flushes out

toxins and wastes that can accumulate in our bodies. It helps ensure

efficient functioning of many of the vital organs in the human body.

Your body needs pure water, and there is only one to get it – with

distilled water. It’s pure water and nothing else.

Distilled water improves food.

Preparing food with distilled water not only improves the taste of the

food, but also its safety, nutrition and appearance. Even your ice cubes

will look better. Because of the absence of impurities, they are more

clear and shiny.

Natural spring water , whether its fizzy or still , is full of natural

minerals such as calcium , potassium and magnesium , which are so

important for our growth and healthy skin, along with iodine , copper

and iron .Fizzy water is believed to be absorbed much quicker in body

and is thought by some beauticians to aggravate cellulite.  But who ever

heard of natural spring water being fizzy... and you have to wonder

about the air contamination in relationship to the spring water...

Distilled flushes a body much better than spring water.
