Guest guest
Here's another.... Since this is for the lymph. You should know where you're lymph glands are and brush towards them...it will be different for different areas of the body. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/1104.htm The arrows show the direction of flow.....so feet first would work according to this. Guest guest
I, too was originally told to start with the soles of my feet or the palms of my hands. HOWEVER, the last time I saw my iridologist she told me to start at my breast bone and do circular there first because that is the main "valve" so to speak for the lymph system and if it's clogged nothing will drain if you are starting somewhere else. After starting there I have been going back and doing the palms of my hands, arms, upper body and then going to me feet, legs, buttocks, stomach. Made sense to me. SuziCoreybelle <Helgardh@...> wrote: Hi, I am not sure if I heard it from this list, but recently someone was talking about dry brushing techniques and the need to begin at the solar plexus. I meant to save the email so I could learn more about it when I had time but now I can't find it. Can anyone enlighten me on this topic? Thanks! Suzi What is a weed? I have tried over the years but it sets off such bad intense itching that I almost go mad. I scrub my body in the shower under running water and though still itchy, it is tolerable and stops but dry brushing..forget it.
