Guest guest
And you are not supposed to use it everyday and do not apply it in the same place everyday. If you still have periods that opens another scenario about how many days after your period to start using, how many days to stop, a lot of variables. I would search out and read Dr. Lee's book (don't ask me the name, because I never read it. I had an audio tape.) Guest guest
Shari, I agree. Dr. Lee's book, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause, is a great read. (He has another one entitled, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause.) Also, for more help a person might want to join www.health./group/natural_and_surgical_menopause/. The list owner sells a progesterone cream that is formulated from Dr. Lee's specifications, and in the group's files you will find a multitude of information. I have learned quite a lot. Monthly breaks are recommended, lasting 4-7 days, and the cream gets applied to the face, neck, chest, inner arms, back of knees, and top of feet. If I understand correctly, the fatty places will not allow the cream to be absorbed properly. You can ask questions. Guest guest
I hesitate to make this post today instead of tomorrow, but with the current discussion I would like to say I sell the cream because I have had such good results with it. Here is a link with progesterone FAQ’s: http://tinyurl.com/4b6ru I will post a special price on the cream for the group tomorrow. Thanks!
