Guest guest
Thank you both... I will stick to the diet and see what happens. This is hard when you are trying to have kids and the yeast comes back when you need it to stay away. Lyn I feel for you having to go through that embarrasment but what can one do? The good thing is that the sun comes out every day and we at least have direction as to how to get rid of the problem. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, > I have been on your program now for almost 13 months. > > My question is I've had vaginal yeast for 9 years now and I thought the symptoms would be gone by now. Yes...I've had a few cheats but even with those cheats I've calculated I may have set myself back 2 months total so I'd still be at 11 months now. Is it normal to still be having the vaginal yeast symptoms I'm having even though it's been past how many years I've had these symptoms based on 1-month for every year I've had these? +++Hi , Some health problems/issues don't heal within the 1 month for every year rule, but for most it does. It takes as long as it takes so ensure you follow the program closely. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I did forget to mention that my sympotoms have improved at least 80% so I know it's getting better. I just have days when I feel like it's gone and then the next day they come back full forced. Just for example...I had a steak last night and it had a lot of fat on it which I ate it all. Today I'm very itchy and have lots of discharge. I start to second guess wheather there was something in the steak or if these are healing reactions. The meat was non-irridated organic meat but it wasn't grass fed. Anyway...just start to second guess when I get a reaction like this. +++Hi , Some health problems/issues don't heal within the 1 month for every year rule, but for most it does.
