Guest guest
At the end of 24 hours check them and again at 36. I would not leave them 3 days if doing lemon.. they will have the shell pretty much dissolved (depending on how much stirring was done)... the egg will be incased in the rubberry like membrane, and can be removed with careful manuevering.. Someone asked me what the eggs are supposed to look like at the end of the three days. Anyone ? This should be interesting. She covered three eggs with kombucha tea and set it in the refrigerator. I'll get back to you with the results. Suzi What is a weed? Guest guest
You'll have just the membrane left, so lift them out very carefully. I've made it in Super Tonic rather than lemon juice once or twice, as an experiment. Then I boiled the eggs. Tasted FANTASTIC!! Peace, love, laughter SV <shavig@...> wrote: Okay, I found the recipe for the lemon/egg calcium drink and posted it on a kombucha list.
