I buy organic cream & milk, all-natural meats, wild-caught fish, all-natural

eggs. Doing some organic flash-frozen veges. Loads of fresh veges from H-Mart..

IF you can legally get your hands on raw, organic milk/dairy from a nice clean

farm, raw and organic--and grass-fed--are the BEST. Nature's way! :>)

Just be sure if you are doing cream that it is *heavy* cream, not half and half

which would have carbs. The cream by itself does not--just read the label and

you can see for yourself.. :>) ..Wil says even the ultra-pasteurized stuff still

has amino acids (think that's what he said); still has nutrient benefit to us.

IF you can get single not ultra pasteurized that is also a step in right

direction. The less heat applied the more nutrition..

Wow, I guess I have a LOT to learn, this is not what I've been told in the

past. But then, I have been told that I am allergic to molds, so maybe

that's why I get sicker when I eat anything with yeast in it ? I was told

not to eat any yeast or anything that had been " aged " , such as beer, wine,

cheese, salami, etc.  And so I read every single label in the grocery store,

and buy nothing that has yeast on the label. That's probably why I spend

such a long time getting my shopping done....

What is the scoop on high fructose corn syrup ? If I eat anything with it, I

spend weeks so weak that I can barely get through the day ?

And finally, can someone PLEASE direct me to where I can go in the files to

find a place to start trying to get this back under control ???

Thanks in advance.

D.
