In 1999, I had a severe attack which I thought was a heart attack. The pain was so bad it literally knocked me to the floor, and my legs were so weak and useless that I literally had to slither across the floor to the phone. I called 911 and was taken to the hospital and remained there for several days. They did all kinds of tests and came up with: You have a very healthy heart and no clogged arteries, your problem is GERD, read heartburn.

For a short time I took their pill but investigated holistic treatments and went on the No Grain Diet. I have eaten No grains since 2000 except for a small amount of Organic Oats with lots of fresh fruit added. The first summer, I found it difficult to pass up fresh corn on the cob, sob, sob. Then, I remembered the pain. No corn or other grains except sprouted have made a big difference in my health.

Just my experience...no grains, no pains.
