Which grains and sauces are allowed?

I'm currently reading couple books on candida, but there seems to be a lot of

conflicting information in regard to grains.

One book says rice, quinoa, buckwheat and I think amarath are ok, other one

prohibits all grains.

I dont think I would be able to cut out all grains from my diet, but I need to

find something that is suitable.

Also, are there any particular brands of bread that are candida friendly? or

bread recipes?

and last but not least, which sauses are ok to use for stir-fry? I eat a lot of

veggies and usually add soy sauce to my chicken.

I've read that tamari sauce and amino liquids is ok, is it true?
