Spicy spread

2 c. sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)1 c. walnuts (soaked overnight)1 c. fresh parsley2 green onions (chopped)1 tsp. cayenne pepper2 Tbl Nama Shoyu juice of 1 lemon1 celery spear2 cloves garlic (chopped)Process all ingredients until blended, but still has crunchy texture.
