sleep & morning routines

"We usually settle down for sleep around 8 or 9, and I wake up at 11, fall right back asleep and am awake for good at 3. You could set your clock by it. As soon as I wake up, I look at the clock, and 9 times out of 10, it is on the minute."

Whoa! , that is almost my identical schedule. I am in bed by 8 asleep by 9 after reading and wake up at least once and roll over and go back to sleep until 3:17 a.m. My alarm goes off at 3:20 and I don't want to hear it!

I've done my hour long meditation by 4:30 and am walking the dog with the two neighbor ladies and their pooches by 5 a.m. Shoot by the time I get to the office I've:

meditated - one hour

walked the dog - 45 minutes

gone to an AA meeting

showered and dressed

And it's only 9 a.m.!!!!
