Question about tinctures with alcohol removed

Hi guys,

I have seen places that sell tinctures that have the alcohol

removed. Does anyone know exactly what that means? How would one go

about removing the alcohol from a tincture? Do you think it would

entail heating the tincture?

Also, how would one go about making a tincture with glycerine? Would

you do it the same way as with alcohol or ACV?

Just trying to figure out what it is out there that these companies

are selling.
