Cacao Mint Meltsby Malinsky1/2 cup young coconut meat1-2 tbs. cacao powder (ground cacao nibs)3 tbs. raw agave nectar4 tbs. almond or cashew butter3 tbs. coconut oil1-2 drops mint oilPinch of sea saltBlend the young coconut meat, cacao powder, sea salt, nut butter and coconut oil together till smooth. Stir in the mint oil till combined. You can freeze this chocolate mixture till hard (30 mins) or eat as is. You can also put this mixture into molds or ice cube trays and put them out when chilled. Enjoy.
