It will happen sooner or later. I suggest having water and food,a good place to stay,one room..and one for ill,if any...some osha root,garlic,reishi tinctures,etc...aspirin or tylenol...and prayers.maybe a battery powered sunlamp to have on once a day to kill air germs...must protect eyes of all.. Keep garlic cloves around also. When doing beginner's Reiki training, we were instructed not to watch tv nor read the news for the week prior. What a difference!!! Guest guest Posted October 12, 2005 Report Share Posted October 12, 2005 Yep. I'm so busy these days that I'm " lucky " if I can relax and watch 1 hour of TV a week. I'd prefer to watch something that makes me laugh so I don't watch the news. And I don't read the paper. Dr. Schulze mentions that constantly - " don't watch the news " It's depressing. They pick out the 2 people out of 4 million that are suffering or hurt and focus on them day after day. Not much good news. I am a lot less stressed than I used to be about the condition of the world and can now focus on things that I can actually do something about and that matter most to me.
