I have been dealing with infertility and miscarriages for many years. It was

discovered that my husband had Fragmented DNA. I recently found this book call

blowing out the candle. It was like reading our own story. He said he changed

his diet and fixed his DNA infertility problem. We are following what he said. I

think it really has helped us.

You might also want to look into " natural " progesterone cream supplementation.

Hi Milena,

I have been doing a lot of research on Candida and one of the things that I ran

across was that both progesterone and Estrogen feed Candida. I stopped taking

my natural progesterone and my estrogen patch that my doctor gave me, because I

was afraid that I was going to add to my already overwhelming Candida problem.
