I got a little book called " The Bible Cure for Candida " by Don Colbert & he

lists lots of supplements you can take to help detox.  I'm doing it now,

mostly vegetables & lean meat & brown rice.  I'm on his Elimination Diet he

spells out in his Allergy book.  Similar title.  My main symptom is I can't

sleep!  It drives me crazy!  I'll sleep for a couple hours & lay awake for

1.  Good luck!

I'm on a protein and vegetable diet with no grains at all and I'm going

through a lot of die-off. Extreme exhaustion, heart racing and spaciness.

It gets especially worse after I eat, even when it's the good food.

What can help reduce these reactions? Do I need to do or take something to

help get more toxins out of me or do less or what? I'm really having a very

hard time with this, so please, I'd really like to hear about any of your

experiences and what helped? Thank you

April

Hi April,

I am recovering from Lyme and one of the blood cleanser herbs that I have found

very helpful for the Candida die off symptoms is called Pinella that comes in a

dropper form by Nutramedix. I had to take 95 drops of the stuff this morning as

I energetically test my dosages and it knocked my Candida herxheimer reaction

out totally.

There is another product you could also check into called Candidase by

Enzymedica that helps with die off symptoms.

Hi ,

In my understanding what causes the die off herxheimer reaction is Mercury and

other heavy metals being released into the body when Candida is being killed. I

have also read that Acidaldhyde results from killing Candida which gives people

the brain fog symptoms and the slightly drunk feeling. The Pinella is really

good for eliminating the heavy metal herx. I have been using it for years while

killing off a Mycoplasma infection and I also use a blood cleanser herb called

Burbur which kills neurotoxins. I will check out the Candex product you

mention, do you know if natural food stores carry it? I try to muscle test

every product I order, because not all products test well for me. An example of

one that doesn't seem to test well is the product called Candidate by Native

Remedies, but everyone is different.
