Guest guest
Sorry, I've also just learned that nuts and nut milks may be hard for the digestive system to digest. Some nut milks may have citric acid as a preservative which also aggravates candida symptoms. Sent on the TELUS Mobility network with BlackBerry What can you do to totally eradicate candida when antifungals make you suicidal? I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida. I drink only purified water or unsweetened almond milk. I eat fresh vegetables and I also juice vegetables. I may eat a pear once a week. I eliminated all gluten and artificial sweeteners. I eat red meat maybe once a week, otherwise it's mahi mahi, salmon, turkey or chicken. Snacks consist of almonds with sea salt and stevia or hummus I make myself. The problem is, even after 6 weeks of eating clean I am still having mood disturbances from little things like if I juice beets or carrots. I have developed an allergy to fresh lemons. This is just not living. I can't eat out at restaurants because I end up with hives, even if I am careful with talking to the cook. I want to kill this thing once and for all. What do I do? Do I go inpatient at a hospital so they can treat me with antifungals? Please advise me on this.
Guest guest
I used the Low dose antigen vaccine to get rid of my candida and it is working thank God! Look for it in the internet to have more info. There is usually 1 person per state that is trained to apply it. Hope I helped. Cant post that much since I am 99% working thanks to the LDA shots. Guest guest
If you are reacting to beets and carrots it's no wonder: they are mega high in SUGARS and will feed the candida, UNLESS you are REALLY KILLING THE FUNGUS! [uh, if you are eating grains at all, you are also feeding the fungus.. Yes even quinoa, amaranth, millet and buckwheat will feed it--they are high carb and turn to sugar in the body. Fungus feeds on sugar..] I can't recommend MIracle Mineral Supplement--MMS--aka Advanced Oxygen Therapy--AOT--ENOUGH!! It is killing the systemic fungus I have battled for 10 years, and a whole lot MORE!! It is cheap at 6 month's supply is only $30, it is also natural. Go to our group member Wil Spencer's website and contact him--he markets the stuff through his practice: bodyelectrician.com.. HOPE THIS HELPS!LouisePS Pears and hummus are also high carb. You may be able to reintroduce SOME higher carbs WHEN the fungus is killed. Again, I do recommend the MMS/AOT to kill it!! Works for ME!!! Also if you are doing almond milk I hope you are making it yourself, and soaking the almonds in warm salted H20 overnight first, to release the enzyme inhibitors/anti-nutrients as per Sally Fallon/Nourishing Traditions. (Wil does not recommend seeds/nuts/grains at ALL, NOT even soaked or sprouted.. I am doing well without them, and am on the MMS/AOT...) ..I also home-culture my organic milk for its probiotic benefit.. Guest guest
Diet alone won't end with candida. In fact, there is nothing I am aware of to end with candida forever. You should add antifungals and immune booster supplements to get better results. If you are lucky, you will get better soon but one time you open your diet and stop the supplements, candida will be back at home. . > > I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida. Guest guest
Doug, During 2008, I thought I will die because I couldn't even walk. Thanks to my dedication and efforts, I work 60 hours a week, drink beers and ice cream time to time. I don't know if I have candida or not. What I know is I went from 5% to 90 % but it hasn't been easy. Still I will kill candida if ever possible. I won't rest ! . > > > > > > I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida. I drink only purified water or unsweetened almond milk. Guest guest
Doug, I have done many things to get the point I am today. I think the biggest improve was after an Rx antifungal combination. I still have some bowel symptoms but not as bad as before. The most important is my vision, mind and other external symptoms which are totally gone. I haven't been disciplined with my diet. Perhaps, If I were followed it more extrict, I were cured. I had a moment where I gave candida Fluconazole, Lamisil, Nystatin, Lufenuron, Lactoferrin, Amp B and SF 722, all at the same time for 3 months. Moreover, I get immune therapy every week. If you ask me about how effective the natural products are, I will tell I am not sure about them. I think , with time, giving the fungus antifungals such as garlic, oregano oil, olive leaf, caprylic acid, undecenoic acid, nystatin, golden seal, gse, etc, it will go away. The thing is to give to the fungus poison and not its loved food for 1 year or more. The enviroment will be hostile for it. I still take natural products such as olive leaf, sf-722, etc. The fecal transplant won't cure candida but will help to normalize your gut microbiota and the lost flora. You probably don't need to go with HPI like me but colonics with healthy fecal matter to irrigate the colon with indegenous flora. They will implant in the colon where the flora reside. Forget about the small bowel that should be almost clean. . > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida. Guest guest
Well , even natural antifungals make me suicidal....I've tried coconut oil, etc. and they took me to the brink of suicide. That's why I wanted to know if there is anything that I could even do inpatient at a hospital. I'm desperate to get a little quality of life, rather than mere existance. > > > > I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida. Guest guest
It sounds like you need to first fix your immune system and then do some good quality re-colonizing probiotics (focus on the good bacteria, not the bad) and heavy metal cleanse. You can't blame the candida for everything. If the immune system was working you wouldn't be reacting to something like coconut oil. Guest guest
Well here is the problem the following foods might be helping your candida, lemons- try limes instead, pears-try green apples instead, almond milk-try unsweetened coconut milk, do not jump right into carrots and beets the are starchy and help candida grow. Check this website http://vitaminlady.com/Articles/candida_albicans.asp , you have to stick to the diet in order to starve the candida then you detoxify and then you fight it with anti-fungals and then you bring in the good bacteria in. > > > > > > > > I have totally changed my diet and for the last 6 weeks I have eaten nothing that could feed the candida.
