Guest guest
How about emailing Wil directly with that question, since that info is as you say, right from his site? His contact info is available on the bodyelectrician.com website somewhere too.. [And if it is as you say, that we ought not to eat legumes with animal protein, I have never heard of such a thing before.. So this IS interesting!! :>)] Hope this helps,LouisePS I am still bewildered as to why legumes would have animal protein, and then why we would need to avoid them.. I know Wil recommends meat.. Maybe it's a GMO thing or something.. Just very curious now.. I am on the bodyelectrician.com website and it says to avoid legumes with animal protein and I can not find online which these are. Guest guest
I would guess that means don't eat beans with ham or put ham in your pea soup. Sausage and green beans would be a no-no. By definition, there is no animal protein in a plant tho' they may share similar elements. Guest guest
You have a good point here, Louise. The idea I am trying to get across here is this; do not mix in the same meal legumes and animal protein in the same meal. This is a combonation that will lead to improper fermentation which ultimately creates low level toxicity and food for fungus/candida. I may have to add the word " together " in that phrase to be clearer.
