Coconut Oil and Its Healing Miracles

Thanks! You read my mind! I was just thinking about coconut oil a couple days ago and wondering if anyone here had heard about it being good for you. I have been cooking everything with olive oil but I don't think you are supposed to heat olive oil for very long. So anyway, I bought a jar of organic coconut oil yesterday but haven't used it yet.

The kind I got is Omega Nutrition 100% Organic Coconut Oil. It says ingredients: Organic Pure Coconut Oil. Have you tried that one?

Toni - coconut oil in the store is crap. It is pasturized and deodorized. You need to get something that comes from Sri Lanka. Check this out, this is my favorite and I have tried every single coconut oil that I could find on line:

Well, I guess you would have to sample the oil from Sri Lanka I use. It is so very good it makes others "icky" by comparison. Like I said, store coconut oil is pasteurized and deodorized.
