Coconut oil is an excellent oil and along with olive oil are the two

that have been in use the longest. Olive oil in the Mediterranean region

and coconut oil in the tropics where coconuts grow. :-) How long is very

long? Go ahead and post it. If you can post it as a text file and we can

incorporate it into the files.

Yes, it is a very good oil..
