Guest guest
Dear Rae, Are they hot flashes where she get damp or does she wake up with soaked sheets and quite wet? Hot flashes and night sweats can and usually are two different conditions, though similar. Progest E by Dr. Ray Peat is excellent for calming down the estrogen dominance, but you need to guide her on its use. Progesterone crème is not recommended. www.mercola.com has some good relevant articles. www.litalee.com has some good relevant articles on progest E. If it is truly night sweats, how are her overall numbers? This can be one of many symptoms of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and other cancers. Who else has she seen for this problem? Refer her on if you see big trouble and not sure how to proceed. Good luck, vee -----Original Message-----From: raelorenzo [mailto:raelorenzo@...]Sent: Sunday, September 21, 2003 7:30 AMqxci-english Subject: night sweatsI have a lady with really bad hot flashes and nite sweates does anyone have a protocol any help will be most appreciated.Rae............................................ Guest guest
Aren't hormones wonderful! It is amazing what happens when they aren't working right. But this is probably the most common reason. For a quick peek go into Spinal//Sports and look at the hormones listed in red...bet there will be quite a list. For the best treatment do the Timed Therapies/superleaning//Nutrition//Click first//Female now answer the questions and do the balance therapy plus the Ovaries therapy to balance. You can also do therapy in Spinal//Timed therapies//Hormone balance. Second location to check, because hormones are controlled by the endocrine system take a look at these. Watch them in the timed therapies and see if any come up or go into Dental//Reference//Iridology...//Ear etc//Endocrine and double click on each one to see if one is really having a problem and what kind. This is a start (p.s.if they have all their plumbing, as other say to me, try Chase Tree by Standard Process, gentle and helpful in many cases. Guest guest
Does anyone in the group experience nightly night sweats? What is this about, I don't understand what's going on here? Loralee
Guest guest
I do but would not consider them a symtpom of yeast for me. They occur a lot in women " of a certain age. Guest guest
Also can be signs of adrenal fatigue, not necessarily age-related. ________________________________ From: lovesgabby <513gabby@...> candidiasis Sent: Mon, January 31, 2011 1:14:21 PM Subject: Re: Night sweats I do but would not consider them a symtpom of yeast for me. Guest guest
From a health care providers point of view, there is much more to the issue of sweats then meets the eye. There may be several different combination's that play into it; hormones, carbohydrates, lack of enzyme production, lack of digestion, lack of microorganisms in the GI tract and many more and of course the fungal issue comes into play. Guest guest
Well I am in my mid 30s so maybe it's not age related. Adrenal fatigue might be it, how can I tell if they're fatigued? I feel fatigued often. Thanks for your input. Loralee > > > > Does anyone in the group experience nightly night sweats? Guest guest
Wil, Any ideas on where to go next with something like this? Seems like it can be so many different things. Thanks for getting back, Loralee > > > > > > Does anyone in the group experience nightly night sweats? Guest guest
Lyn, Many thanks I got your reply but it went into my Spam folder & I very nearly deleted it! I havent had time to google the magnets that you said, but I will do so when I get a chance. That is great they are helping you, maybe I did not try them for long enough or maybe I got the wrong ones. I will have to find that magnetic bracelet I got for my mother. I know it was a reputable brand recommended by others. By the way, I brush my teeth with Eco-Dent, its reasonable price from iherb & its got baking soda in it, but no glycerine or any bad stuff. I like it, better than mixing up baking soda yourself & its got flavourings. I sent it this morning, but it looks like lost it because I found this much in my Drafts folder tonight. If you did not get it, I will have to retype it. Lyn ________________________________ From: Val <mijas07@...> Hi Lyn I am glad to hear magnets are helping you with your health. Do you mind if i ask what type of magnets you use (apologies if you have already posted this before). I have tried various types of magnets in the past, both myself & my mother, for different ailments, but they didnt help at all. thanks, Val ________________________________ From: Lyn K <godisbest4me@...> " Coconut Oil " <Coconut Oil > Sent: Thu, 21 July, 2011 21:34:28 Subject: Re: Re: Night Sweats In my 3.5 years of detoxing, I have learned that dietary changes and exercise won't make everything right, no matter how diligent we are to make all the right moves. The body is electric and if the electricity is not flowing as freely as it could, if there is a certain pathway that is not free, then things start to mess up. I have entered the wonderful world of magnets this year and am quite a big fan. They have done quite a bit for me and the wonderful thing about them is you can GET BETTER passively. You just learn where to place them and forget about them until you need to change the placement or end the therapy. If you have never looked into them, I really encourage it. I do tend to get over enthusiastic when I find something that works for me.. So I am backing off and starting from scratch, so to speak. If the sweats stop I would resume the coconut oil in smaller amounts until it happens again and then back off. On the other hand If you still suffer from them after stopping you might want to report that to your health professional: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1924721 Best, Dee > > I believe I have read in these pages that CO stimulates metabolism. Guest guest
Thank you to all who gave me the good suggestions. I have followed them, including a visit to my primary care dr. Lately, I sometimes feel warm in bed but have no night sweats. Thank you, again.
