Prune juice? I love it, always have. My grandmother drank prune juice when I was a kid and I shared, and now I think it is one of the finer thngs in life.

Hi Becky,

I might suggest that you try making your own. It is a lot better than

the store bought, cooked and pasteurized stuff.

HI Becky,

This is what I do. I soak one pound of prunes 24 hours, preferrably

organic and with the pit removed though not necessary, in distilled

water. I then remove the pits, if necessary, put all including the water

into the blender and blend. I then strain through a metal strainer to

remove the larger pulp chunks and pour into a gallon size bottle and add

more distilled water to top it up. Then into the refrigerator it goes.

This easily lasts me a week if not longer. I love the taste of it,

nothing like the store bought stuff. Though I don't need it for the

purpose of instigating a bowel movement it does do the job. I just love

drinking it as it tastes really good to me.
