I soak one pound of prunes 24 hours, preferrably organic and with the pit removed though not necessary, in distilled water. I then remove the pits, if necessary, put all including the water into the blender and blend. I then strain through a metal strainer to remove the larger pulp chunks and pour into a gallon size bottle and add more distilled water to top it up. Then into the refrigerator it goes. This easily lasts me a week if not longer. I love the taste of it, nothing like the store bought stuff. Though I don't need it for the purpose of instigating a bowel movement it does do the job.
