I do believe she is referring to the juice cleanse and possibly either

Shultz' or . These guys use olive oil for a specific reason.

One it is monounsaturated (not exactly sure what that may have to do

with it), and two they all say this particular oil helps lubricate the

bile ducts, as opposed to any other oils. Maybe it is because olive oil

has been used for thousands and thousands of years as opposed to any

other oils and has a proven track record. It has been shown that

monounsaturated oils are better for your body than polyunsaturated oils

which Udo's is formulated with. Don't get me wrong I am not knocking

Udo's oil. He did good. Here is a small blurb I ran over from a google

Oh, duh. In the juice fast Dr calls for olive oil to be taken while on the three day juice fast to. Would Udo's be a suitable replacement for that olive oil?
