I keep everything in glass jars. Are they golden or dark brown seeds? I only buy golden. They are a little higher in the good stuff than the brown and I think they look nicer in recipes.

Plus I get them wholesale by the 6 gallon jugs right up the street at, of all places, a flooring store! The wife sells seeds as a second job.

do you by any chance have the break-down of the nutrients in each of the brown

and golden flax seeds? I asked at our

HFS once, because they carry both, and the people in charge actually didn’t

know what the difference was! Maybe I

could enlighten them.
