Guest guest
I keep everything in glass jars. Are they golden or dark brown seeds? I only buy golden. They are a little higher in the good stuff than the brown and I think they look nicer in recipes. Plus I get them wholesale by the 6 gallon jugs right up the street at, of all places, a flooring store! The wife sells seeds as a second job. There's not much left anyway, maybe I should just pitch them and start with a new batch. Is it ok to keep them in a glass jar? I hate bugs. Thanks, Anne

I asked at our HFS once, because they carry both, and the people in charge actually didn’t know what the difference was! Maybe I could enlighten them. Thanks!
