Guest guest
Since we are talking non raw, just in case anyone missed adding a "potato" my hubby would say that is what makes soup, even though I don't use it when I do my thing. I don't ever use bouillons. I thought I read some may contain that nasty excitoxin stuff in it like msg. Do a search for different names excitoxins are known by and includes tvp too. I do add in my own bowl miso too. Whatever I have I use. Oh, Blaylock website is probably where I would do google search for. carolSuzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Vegetable Soup (not raw but good)
