Guest guest
I am trying to resolve candida in myself and two nursing kids 10 months and 31 months. First I started taking proboitics (florajen3) and a digestive enzyme about a week ago. I had gas issues before and still do so not sure how to know if taking the right stuff. Is there more I should be doing? Could it be caused by food combos? Ie eating the wrong things together. Second for those of you that solved your candida issues how strict did you have to be? We have no sugar except fruit and veggies with it. Avoiding starch. I am mostly concerned due to nursing and it's been 3 months on restricted diet. Third I don't think we have experienced die off symptoms. When I try to take out fruit I just feel like I am not satisfied and keep looking for something to eat. Should I eliminate it and if so for how long? Thanks Sent from my iPod
Guest guest
If it's really candida, then no grains or fruit should be eaten. The MMS/AOT can truly help. bodyelectrician.com for Wil our group member's contact info. MMS/AOT is cheap, natural and works great for me after 10 years of suffering. ..Wil's site also has a diet page where he outlines an ideal diet which also goes into food combining. Again, no fruit or grains on candida diet, they are too high carb, turn to sugar which feeds the fungus. ~LouisePS Now am on the MMS/AOT and the fungus is finally being killed, I can allow myself a piece of fruit every blue moon. Any regular fruit consumption even for me has an adverse effect. So I almost never eat the stuff myself! ('Course I have only been on MMS/AOT for 3 months or so.. Possibly things will change down the road..) I am trying to resolve candida in myself and two nursing kids 10 months and 31 months.
