I think probiotics is supposed to help with gas that causes bloating. I know it

does for me.

Depends,

If you are eating grain and other insoluble fiber you will get that.

If you have compromised digestion already you may get bloating.

If you are upset when you eat you may get bloating even with probiotics.

If you are taking the colonizing probiotics and eating insoluble fiber you may

get bloating.
