Guest guest
Hi , I would love to know about the B5 and C treatment that you are on for the adrenals. I have been checked for H-Pylori and that was negative. I did see my doctor today and he increased the T3 in my compounded thyroid med, increased my progesterone and put me back on Metformin. He is also allowing me to do B12 shots. I seem to catch a cold at least once a month. I know that I have a lot of things going on all at once. I have PCOS and had gestational diabetes during my last three pregnancies. I am also anemic and I know that yeast can cause immune dysfunction, but so can anemia, insulin resistance, thyroid disease and having your sex hormones out of balance from what I understand. I have lost over 100 pounds and have 20 more to go to reach my goal weight. I has been a lot harder to exercise because I always seem to catch a cold and I have a bit of depression. Is it true that you have to be treated with an anti-fungal along with natural protocols to get rid of yeast?? My doctor is hesitant about prescribing an anti-fungal and wants me to wait for two weeks to see how I am doing. He is going to test me for parasites, though. I am on the candida diet and really want the yeast treated. I am so sick of going from doctor to doctor. This is the first one that I have been to that has helped me. I found my doctor on ACAM.org (American College for Advancement in Medicine). This is a website that list M.D's, N.D's, D.C's etc. who are integrative in their approaches. My doctor is also only one of two doctors in my area that practice more integrative approaches. I live on the border of Mexico, in Texas and feel that if I were being treated back home in Cols, OH I would have been finished with this mess. I am moving after the school year is over to Dayton, OH and can't wait!! -Amy
Guest guest
First of all: did you had saliva test for adrenals and thyroids and sex hormones? It is very easy to miss thiroid problem with adrenal. One of my alternative docs did it and prescribed me thyrois med and later supplement that caused more problems. If you don`t have these you can do it yourself in many labs. Without good hormonal status immune systen is not going to work and fight infection. No one antifungal can help. I tried all of them and even drugs 3 times. Only after I found another doc who better understand hormonal problems I was able to diagnose and get treatment. Now I am relaxed and don`t try to keep strick diets as it can cause more problems. Our body see hunger as stress and increase cortisol and if you are on diet for a long time it will fall down and you will get adrenal fatigue. I was on strick diet only for 3 months and I got this and also hypoglicemia as a result. > > Hi , > > I would love to know about the B5 and C treatment that you are on for the adrenals.
