Anyone ever tried the Feingold Diet?

Hi All,

Has anyone ever tried the Feingold Diet? I am considering putting my

kids on this diet to see if it helps with the symptoms of ADD. I am

not too sure I want to fork out the 70 bucks for their program

materials, but I often do better with these sorts of " complicated "

diets when I have a guidebook. Just curious to know if anyone's done

Feingold and what you thought about it/
