Where do you get your plant based enzymes? I looked around a bit and can only seem to find them in hard pill form. Yuck. That doesn't seem right.

You also need some plant-based enzymes to compensate for your lack of a gallbladder, because you can’t digest fat without bile. You need to take them forever to make sure that fats can be absorbed and used by the body for their many important functions.

I don't just have IBS.....mine is now PCS and is caused by my liver making too much bile that my body can't use now that I have no gall bladder. IBS was horrible but PCS is even worse.

I take acidopholis and that hasn't really helped except to get rid of my yeast infection. I am continuing it though as I know it has to be doing something that I can't see. I take capsules though and hope I am taking enough.
