Guest guest
Others inspired me, so if i can keep the chain going, that is cool. It's hard work Gayla, i have to try hard every day (since old habits die hard) My biggest issues are sugar and coffee. Even though I work hard it, I have days when I "cheat" and have stuff that i know is going to make me feel bad, But i dont give up and just binge, i remind mysefl that I am cheating myself (and my family) and try to return as quickly as possible to "the right way". Most of us grew up with TV and Twinkies and we have to 'unlearn' the old behavior and re-learn the right way That includes ME of course! It takes time and determination. So please do keep trying Gayla, never stop. SylviaGayla <goatclearing@...> wrote: Sylvia, I just read your "track record" that Suzi posted. I am totally impressed.
