Guest guest
These are all great advice tips but one thing needs to be revised. " Tea helps to reduce tooth decay in unknown ways. Possibly because it contains fluoride " I am currently disabled from fluoride poisoning in water and it should be noted that black tea and most green teas (unless they are Japan ceremonial matcha tea) contain high levels of fluoride and should be avoided. All others are fine. Fluoride poisoning is horrible and should be taken seriously. Many of our ailments are masked fluoride poisoning. There is much evidence now uncovered about this deadly toxin that is not meant to be ingested. Fluoridealert.org has most of this information. Since fluoride is in medications, food, water, toothpaste and bottled drinks the government admitted we are over fluoridated. We should only receive 1ppm a day and just one glass of fluoride liquid contains this. The figures add up to a toxic amount that the average American ingests.
