Is taking more than one kind of proboitics helpful

So my MD ordered that I take two types of proboitics for yeast overgrowth. I've

been taking the first kind (florajen 3) for about a month now and I seem to be

making good progress (had some die off and even inconsistent normal spit test).

I am eating really healthy including a lot of foods that kill yeast ie garlic,

lemon water, coconut oil, oregano. Are two proboitics at the same time

necessary or can I finish the one, then start the second or alternate them? The

reason I am asking is cost as well as don't want to do too much too fast.

Thanks
